Following these guidelines will help you get the best experience from the sample material.

1. Listen to the audio first, without the transcript, many times over
2. Add the transcript, and read along while you listen , as many times as you can
3. Look up difficult words in the word list, and go back listening a few more times
4. Looking at the English translation is the last step in the process (and may not even be necessary)
